SUPPORT

Talk to the person who built it.

BuildCycle is run by a practicing architect, not a support queue. Email goes straight to a human who knows the software and the job it does.

EMAIL US

support@buildcycle.io

The fastest way to reach us. Questions, bugs, billing, account help — all of it.

RESPONSE TIME

One business day

We answer every email within one business day, usually much sooner. If something is blocking work in the field, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Project and screen

Your firm name, the project, and what screen you were on. A screenshot helps more than anything else.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before you write.

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created for your firm on the BuildCycle web platform. If your firm already uses BuildCycle, ask whoever administers your organization to invite you — they can send an invitation from the Users screen. If your firm is new to BuildCycle, email support@buildcycle.io and we will get you set up.

I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in screen. The reset email arrives within a minute or two — check spam if it does not. If the address on file is no longer valid, email us and we will verify you another way.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. Open the app and choose See it live to explore a fully populated sample project — an open RFI, submittals under review, field reports with photos, and a punch list. Nothing in it is real, and no account is required.

How do plans and billing work?

Plans and payment are managed on the BuildCycle web platform at buildcycle.io/pricing, not inside the mobile app. Billing questions go to support@buildcycle.io.

How do I connect a Procore project?

Open the project in BuildCycle and use the Procore control in the header to connect. You will sign in to Procore and pick the matching project. Once connected, RFIs and submittals stay in step in both directions. Details are on the integration page.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email support@buildcycle.io from the address on the account and we will delete it, along with the personal data associated with it. Project records owned by your firm belong to the firm — its administrator controls those. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy.

Something is broken. What helps you fix it fastest?

A screenshot, the project name, and roughly when it happened. If you can say what you expected versus what happened, even better — that usually turns a day of back-and-forth into a single reply.
